When arriving for your appointment please be on time.

MESSAGE FOR BRAID CLIENTS

When booking your appointment you MUST indicate your desired:

  • Color

  • Size

  • Length

Any braids past the waist length must be morning appointments ONLY.

 

When booking a picture of your desired hairstyle. (if you have one) 

Appointments 5+ hours, bring a snack. We will take a 20-minute break.

 

FOR KIDS APPOINTMENTS

Please make sure your child has a snack. Your child will get two 5 minutes break.

  • Can I bring someone with me?
    Guest are not permitted in the salon. They are more than welcome to sit in the waiting area downstairs. **Parents, if you don’t feel comfortable with leaving your child, you will also have access to the first floor waiting area.
  • Is there a deposit?
    Yes. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! NO DEPOSITS ARE CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT APPOINTMENT. Your deposit will be due at the time of booking.Once services are rendered, your deposit will be deducted from your bill.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Debit/ Credit Card Cash Cash app
  • Do you provide hair?
    Yes. I provide ALL hair. If you are getting any colors that are not the natural colors there is an extra $5 for color. It depends on the color you are getting.
  • What happens if I am late?
    Call or text 717-623-6719 if running late. You will be charged $20 if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive 30 minutes late you appointment will be reschedule. **Please note deposit non-refundable or transferable**
